Stables on the Park caters for the smallest rider with a ten minute leadout on a quiet pony.
Children's half hour treks are escorted by experienced guides, on foot if necessary.
Three quarter hour rides are for those not wanting to commit to a one hour beach ride.
Our one hour rides can take you to the beach, through the river and back through a stand of macracarpa and paths bordered by flax and toi-toi.
The coastal ride of one and a half hour's duration, goes along the beach towards either Paekakariki or Raumati with breathtaking views of Kapiti Island, returning via the inland park tracks. The uninterrupted views of the coastline from the hilltops are just stunning.
